Is everyone ready for the sale tonight? Every year. I go back and forth with all my DIS people who are waiting on the sale to start. I couldn't break tradition, so here is are thread to gab!

I sure hope I can find some cute outfits. Tonight should just about finish up my girls Christmas lists. I now have 3 girls into AG, so Lord help me! Lol

Do they usually post it at midnight central time? I ordered DD her first bitty baby (actually the twins, but she's only getting one) during free shipping and would love to get a few goodies to go with the doll tonight. We'll see if I make it to midnight or not, I've also been checking out ebay and craigslist and she doesn't even understand AG yet

Joining your party! I'm waiting up just for the sale. Last year I had 2 items in my cart that were sold out by the time I tried to checkout so determined not to let that happen again. Sadly oldest DD outgrew AG, but I still have DD 10 and DN to shop for.

I will join it is my first year trying so we will see how it goes..........I am taking DD to the store for her 4th birthday to get twins so extra stuff will be fun her Birthday is January 3rd and will be all about AG. She got her Bitty baby for her first birthday so it is time to add on.

My 12 year old still loves her dolls. She makes up all kinds of crazy soap opera type situations and plays for them. Lol Between my 2 older girls they have 10 dolls. My 4 year old got a bitty baby last year but all she ever talks about is Julie. Santa will be bringing her this year, thank goodness. She tells me Mom, I don't want sweetie ( her nickname for Julie) I need her! Lol

Btw, the last 2 years I think, the sale started way after 12:00. Or maybe last year it was closer to midnight, but the 2 years before that it was like 30 or 40 minutes past midnight when the sale finally went live. I am tired so I hope we hit that midnight mark so I can go to bed! Lol

It's mostly discontinued items and overstock. It's not like you can put a current item in your cart and it will have a sale price. CM is AG's way of clearing out old stuff.

This is probably the first year in a long time that I won't be making a purchase. Neither of my DD's have requested American Girl this year and I'm trying to get away from buying things that aren't on their lists!

DD so does not need anymore Christmas presents, but I was AG as a child and now I'm so excited that my oldest just got a Bitty Baby for her 2nd birthday. I guess I'll see whats in the sale. I have my 2 AG dolls still set aside for the girls when they are older so maybe I'll get stuff for myself for christmas

Waiting, waiting, waiting... my daughter adores her Bitty Baby and is getting the twins for Christmas so her twin brother can play with her too LOL Does anyone know if the twins are cheaper in the store? Our closest store is just a little over an hour from me.
