American dropped their fares this evening is anyone is still up!

I just purchased tickets on AA form Nov 11 to Nov 17 on American. $79 each way. Chicago to Orlando. Get your tickets while they are cheap. I searched from some other areas and say $69 each way as well! These are non stop airfares!

Thanks for sharing. They're apparently matching Southwest and AirTran which have been offering $79 fares for a few days now using Midway. American & United of course use O'Hare.

AirTran and Southwest have been $74 each way for the past week - $167.90 round trip, non-stop, from Milwaukee to Orlando, hard to beat!

I live pretty close to Ohare. Easy to hop on the subway to get there. That price is the lowest I have seen. Midway is a bear to get to if you live on the north side of Chicago. I never fly out of there.

Thanks for sharing, but they didn't drop at all for the flights we are looking at. I've been looking every day too. The prices have been ridiculous for the last month - between $575 and $625 a ticket. It is usually around $350 a ticket for us to go to WDW. Congratulations to you though!

Goes to show, wait for a fare sale instead of buy at their everyday low price.

You can take the subway (el) to Midway too. Not more of a bear compared with South Chicago to O'Hare.

Not at the dates I'm looking at.

Southwest was $340 EACH WAY. Yeah, I don't think so.

Thats a really good deal. But boy do I hate O'hare. I only use that if I am going overseas. Midway, jump on the orange line and I'm there.
