American Consumer Panel? Any do this?

I got the following email from SurveySpot, and was wondering if anyone has ever signed up for this (American Consumer Panel)?

I started to do it, but then I got to a part where they wanted all this personal information like my social security number, etc. and they wanted me to register one of my accounts (credit card, utility bill, etc.) and I didn't think the $20 GC was worth the problems that may arise from giving out that info.
