Did anyone else watch American Chopper last night, their one hour show was about meeting Jon and Kate and building their bike/schooter. I was flipping though the channels and caught it after it had been on for 5 to 10 minutes. I noticed the guys from American Chopper talking about how much Jon needed to have some "man" time away from home with them. Jon actually spend 24 hrs or so there with them having fun, but he had to return home in time to meet the school bus.
When Jon arrived (after getting the kids off to school and going by the dry cleaners to have the kids clothes pressed (I thought I had miss understood him, but did not!), Jon was walking through their show room. He was talking about how he used to have two bikes and learned to ride one of those before learning to drive a car. He also made reference to a "Black Widow" bike and made a comment about "that's for Kate".
I thought it was cute how Paul Jr. and Mikie came to Jon and Kate's house to play with the kids and did a craft project, then Mikie and Kate went to the salon to have a pedi. Kate mentioned how she has been burning the candle at both ends and has not had the time to get away like that, I personally find that hard to believe.Try being a single mother of three and working full time, plus a part time evening job, and swim lessions and ball game, and dealing with a juvenile ex! Don't get me started!
BTW Mikie made a comment while at the salon about how he would like to relax and read US Weekly (I think, it was one of the mags they have been in lately, but not People). I know they will be covering this Monday on their own show, but it was a different perspective.
