American attractions tickets

Hi guys
We ordered our tickets from american attractions and they stated delivery would be within 14 days.
It is now 17 days since we ordered them and we have had nothing delivered.
We have emailed and heard nothing back.
I got the impression that they were a good company - has anyone ever had similar problems with them ?
We go 3 weeks today and obviously need to get it sorted quickly.

No advice really but have you tried phoning them?

Hopefully this is just because of the weather - we have not had any post for 3 days

Tried to call yesterday and got a message saying that they are only open Monday to Friday so will try to call them again tomorrow.
The website says that the tickets are sent by DX couriers not royal mail so we tried to call them yesterday as well but they are also only open week days.
Will have to wait and see what happens tomorrow.
