Hello all! We are traveling to Disney march 8-march 22 and my husband from march 12-march 22. I have been pricing plane tickets and American Airlines from Los angeles to Orlando, NONSTOP has been coming up for $214.70 total. LA is not my favorite airport but it was cheaper by over $100 EACH using my local airport, it is about 1 1/2 hour drive to LAX. I bought 3 tickets for my kids and myself and the total billed was $639. It is nonstop and serves a meal. I don't know if this price is good for any other time but it is available later in the week for my husband to fly out too. Southwest didn't even come close with their specials! It works out to $107.35 each way including taxes and fees. ($91.16 each way before taxes/fees) :wizard:

Wow,

Nice rate and nonstop, too boot.

Wow I cant even get that cheap from Michigan to Orlando around the same time!

I don't know why they are so cheap but I thought maybe someone else could try AA and see if they have any more deals for other areas. It sounds too good to be true but I already have seat assignments. This was off their website, www.aa.com The bigger the airport the better chance of getting a good price. I was wanting to fly out of my local airport, ontatio, which is 20 minutes away and less security hassles but I am saving over $400, which more than covers the cost of gas and possibly long term parking!

My son and I flew United from San Diego to Orlando using priceline last July and the best I could do was $287 with 1 stop after checking all the airports.

Great rate! We flew America West from Arizona to Orlando for $200 p/p including tax; non-stop in the beginning of decemeber.

I personally don't mess around with Southwest anymore. I hate the moshpit or cattle herd feeling. Plus if I can find a flight going non-stop....that's the ONLY way I go. Much less hassle.

In 1999 I thought I decided to once not fly non-stop. UGGGH! It was a mess. Not worth the hassle to me. I would even pay more just to have a non-stop flight :cool1:

Excellent rate!! A year ago my friend flew from Ontario, CA to MCO and it cost her $274 roundtrip and that was with 2 layovers!

Great deal! :)
