America Rotunda?

What is the minimum # of guests to book the American Rotunda in Epcot? And can anyone give me any info about it and if you have ever had a reception there?

I think in the wish book it said 100. I could be wrong but I wanted to use that room but we are only having 50 people. I'm pretty sure it's 100.

We are having our reception at the AAR next Feb. And we just recieved the new (as of Jan '07) venue guidelines from our SM this week.

Yes, as you suspected, you do need a minimum of 100 people to book the AAR. The venue rental fee is now $2,000 +tax. By the paperwork, all events must start after 7pm, however our SM told us that 8:30p for cocktail hour was the earliest we could book it for.

There is also the AA Parlor (upstairs on the 3rd floor of the pavillion) which is quite lovely and will hold 50 guests. The venue rental for this is $250 +tax with a food and beverage minimum of $2,450 (before 2pm) or $3,000 (after 2pm).

Thanks! I thought it was 100. is the parlor big enough for dinner and dancing for approx 35 people? If not, where else in Epcot will accommodate a group of this size?

I would say so, we were only up there walking around for a few minutes on the site visit. I believe Janine had her reception in the parlor a few years ago. Hopefully she will come along soon, she should be able to answer more questions about that space!

I don't know if you have considered the Living Seas, but I believe the minimum is 34 people. Other than that, I am not sure if Chefs de France has a minimum number of people, but I do know they have a minimum expenditure.
