Ameribag size question

I was hoping someone would know which size - medium, large, extra large - would accommodate a day in the park with sunscreen, a couple of change of clothes for toddlers, another shirt for me and hubby, and a couple of snacks. I'm not a good judge of size on the computer and don't know what to get. Thanks all!

I have an xsm and I am able to fit snacks, ponchos, camera, pal Mickey if needed, small purchases, light up toys, ect. You will be amaxed at how much you can fit into them. That said I wouldn't go larger than a medium because while you can fit alot in them that also adds weight. The clothes could be rolled and placed on the bottom of the bag, ziplock them to get all the air out and keep everything together. A travel size bottle for your sunscreen will save space and weight as well. I love my Healthy bag and use it all the time. Mine is nylon and my sister has a microfiber one. I think mine is a little lighter.

I also have the xsm. I can carry my passporter book, camera, sunscreen, sun glasses,water bottle wallet, plastic rain poncho, I don't have little ones anymore so I would fiqure medium would work well for you. Check on line to see what store carry them close to where you live to see them in person. I got mine at Jay"s in my local mall. Hope this helps
