Amenities at Disney hotels

Are there any advantages to staying in one of the Disney hotels? Can you use amenities from the other hotels? I guess that is really what I want to know. We are staying at the Paradise Pier and I would like to know what/if we can use at the Disneyland Hotel and GCH. Or if we can use anything. Thanks.

If you are talking about the private entrance to DCA then anyone staying at an onsite hotel can use it. You can sit in the lobby of GCH and use the wi-fi i hear too.

Now if you are talking about the pools I'm not sure... I read many conflicting posts on this matter. I read one post that says you can only pool hop down. Which means that if you are staying in GCH then you can hop to DLH or PP's pools. If you are in DLH you can hop to PP. And noone can hop to GCH's pool. I've also read posts that hopping between pools is not allowed at all (down or up). So i dunno really....

I'm not sure you need to sit in the lobby of the GCH to get wi-fi. When I just made my resies for the DLH I was told the "resort fee" included wi-fi. I would assume we can use it from our room at the DLH.

No pool hopping, sorry.

As a guest at any of the on-site properties you do get every MM that is happening while you are there.
