Amending VH booking - charges???

Hi, Can anyone remember how much Virgin Holidays charge to amend a booking please?

I am thinking of reducing our HRH stay and arranging our own acomodation at Vero Beach for a couple of nights, and wanted to know how much Virgin charge to reduce their bookings.

I don't want to ring them, as I know how messy it can get with them, and if I even ask the question I can see things going wrong!!

I think that officially it's £25 pp. However we've had to change a couple of bookings with them, the first one they didn't charge us anything and the second one they charged us £50 to cover the 2 adults. HTH

When we've made any VH changes we've been charged £25 pp if the changes reduce the total cost of the holiday, but no charge if the changes add to the total cost

thank you both!! I am not going to attempt anything until I get the other booking, as I promised myself that I wouldn't get involved with changing a VH booking again - too much of a headache - but it would be worth it if I can get Vero Beach for New Years!!
