ambush makeover

has anyone seen this show?
I was flipping and watching this show today and this guy walks up to a lady and says" youre getting a surprise makeover, come with me!"

I got to thinking ( and perhaps Ive been watching too much Law and Order lately ) that that probably wouldnt be the safest thing in the world. Lets see, 2 guys ( presumably) one with a a camera.. asking me to get in a van... probably not.

I guess its just the way this one is set up, the guy is really weird anyway and very ummmmm high strung, I dont think Id go with him.
He just kind of gave me a creepy feeling, you know? You could tell that she was hesitant too.

So if someone approached you on the street like that would you go?




now if it was like the Oprah show or "what not to wear" that would be a different story.

No way,

My college age DD lives in a higher crime area near the Mpls UM campus. We talk a lot about safety. When she first start school, some gal got pulled into a van at 8 a.m. and was assualted. I don't see her friends/roomies getting into some guys van either with promises of a makeover.

No way would I get into anyones van either. In the city here, we had some guy who went up to women telling them that they could be models and to meet him in a parking lot somewhere. He turned out to be some type of deviant.

I've never seen this show though.
