Update below:

VIOLA, Ark. -- An 11-month-old boy taken from an Orlando, Fla., hospital where he was being treated for burns was found with his parents Tuesday at a home in northern Arkansas, police said.
James Justice and Theresa N. Justice (pictured, right), both 22, were found at Theresa Justice's father's house in Viola and each was being held on $5,000 bond after fleeing Orange County, Fla., with their son Kendrick.

Theresa Justice took the child from the Florida hospital, violating a hold placed on him by the Florida Department of Children & Families, Orlando police said.

Kendrick Justice had been transferred from a hospital in Fort Pierce, Fla., to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children & Women, in Orlando, with burns on his chin, chest and groin, police said. The DCF placed a hold on the child pending an investigation.

Cpl. Kenneth Foley of the the Fulton County, Ark., Sheriff's office said Tuesday that Kendrick was in good condition and had been turned over to the Arkansas Department of Human Services.

He said department officials planned to take the baby to a doctor for examination.

The couple was meeting with county officials Tuesday afternoon to consider their extradition options, Foley said. James Justice will stay in the Fulton police lockup, a small men-only facility, and Theresa Justice will be placed elsewhere until Orange County officials can pick them both up to bring them back to Florida for trial, Foley said.

They will go before an Arkansas magistrate Wednesday to decide whether to waive extradition. Foley said a waiver would only delay the extradition by two or three days.

Florida officers originally believed the mother and son were heading toward the Cocoa Beach, Fla., area until Orlando Officer Charles Worrell got word the couple had been found in Arkansas.

"We just feel fortunate that everybody's been found and as far as we know, the baby's fine," Worrell said.

Florida officials issued a statewide Amber Alert, which notifies drivers about an abducted child, along Interstate 4 and other major thoroughfares with electronic message boards.
