If you have trouble finding the questions this is what I found on another board that helped me.
1. Close browser, delete cookies.
2. Go to Amazon.com (not using a bookmark).
3. Click on recommendations at the at the top, center.
4. Sign in.
5. Click on the first recommended item in the middle of the page.
Question should be about half way down the page.
