Amazon Prime Now

I posted this on another thread, but it got over-looked. We arrive in 2 Days, and i’m Trying to figure out what I am doing wrong.

So, basically... Last year I tried to ship to Yacht Club, and my shipment never arrived. I checked daily. One box was returned to Amazon months later, the other is just gone. It said delivered prior to our arrival, I have no idea what happened.

This year I want to do Amazon Now for AKL. When I click “Deliver to this Address”, it just reloads the page, no error or anything, just not refreshing at all. I arrowed back, and it still showed no addresses on file. What am I doing wrong?

I've not used Amazon Now but plan to soon. I had a thought....does the App have an update that needs to be done? Hope you figure it out.

I've never used the app (I just discovered yesterday that there is one) so I've always used the Prime Now site from my smartphone. The print is very small (I just magnify it), but it works. I've placed all my orders that way. The I only issue I had was a bag getting lost at the CR a few months ago. Bell services told me it was most likely due to how the Prime Now drivers unload deliveries. Apparently Garden Grocer has assigned places while Amazon puts their deliveries anywhere. Could be how your delivery got lost previously.

I Should have specified, last year was just regular Amazon, this year I was going to try prime now. I will check on my smart phone to see if I can send the information that way

I still couldn’t get the address to send, so I ordered with safeway, no issues.

How odd.

I was able to get all but one item I had been wanting. Oh well!
