Amazon Prime Now Questions

We are checking in to All Star Sports on Thursday and I want to put in a Prime Now order for (nonalcoholic) beverages. My question is this - do I need to be at the hotel to meet the delivery, or do they just leave it with the luggage assistance people if I'm not there?
