Amazon prime grocery delivery

We will need water and Pepsi. Do I have to be there to have them deliver my stuff, or will they leave it with bell services. I order only 2 hours ahead of time? Any help would be great. Thanks

No, you don't. We used them in March. They delivered to bell services and we called once we arrived to get them.

The only time you have to be physically present for grocery deliveries through those apps is if you order alcohol.

Is this a new rule? Or for Amazon only? Asking because I ordered and received a liquor delivery during Christmas 2018 but it came from a local wine merchant. Don’t want any issues if I do the same in the future.

All the big delivery apps require Customers to show ID if alcohol is part of the order.
