Amazon pantry ??

Has anyone used Amazon pantry to deliver groceries? What was your experience? Did the front desk bring it to your room? What information did you put on the label?

I have used garden grocer and we were really happy with the service, but a case of water now costs 10$!

We used it in June. Unfortunately, I ordered too late and we got our delivery on Monday (after arriving on Saturday), so we just stopped by the front when we were returning to SSR for our mid afternoon break, and we picked up the box then. I did have two other deliveries (Garden Grocer and Amazon Now) that came on Saturday but they were not brought to our room. We got those from Bell Services when we arrived.
