Prime Pantry is delivered in a box, so looks like any other Prime box (except it can be heavy if you order drinks). I don't see any issues with getting one, but they likely will charge a handling fee.
I'd call the resort and ask their policy on Amazon deliveries, but I wouldn't mention it's groceries. It could be anything really!

I called the Swan. They do accept Amazon packages. There will be a delivery fee and the packages go to the business center. The business centers hours are M-F 8am-5pm.
