Amazon package to AK Lodge

Can I send an Amazon prime package to the Animal Kingdom Lodge? I’d like to send a pack of toiletries down do we don’t have to check bags.

It might be easier to do instacart/publix. Those will go to bell services without the box fee (it only has the fee if bell services delivers it to your room).

Yep, you can definitely send an Amazon prime package. We did that a few weeks ago for toiletries as well. I ordered it to be delivered the day before we arrived and we picked it up when we checked in to Saratoga. There is a $6 fee per box that will show up on your room bill.

I did that several years ago. IIRC, the package went to the front desk. When I wanted to have it brought up to my room, Bell Services would not/could not do it. There was a different cast member who brought it to my room. It did not go smoothly. I think the person wasn't available at the time or something.
