Amazon messed up again..

I don't know if I should laugh or cry.. DD called me with my "new" order.. Capsules again..

Just got off the phone with a rep - got another $10 credit in my Amazon account - was told not to even bother sending back this latest shipment - and they will have the original price (plus tax - there was no S&H) back in my bank account within 48 hours..

So now I have a total of $30 in credit with them.. If we kept going back and forth with this, I probably could have ended up with enough to do all of my Chrismtas shopping there..

Another nice rep - very pleasant - and I'm thankful for that..

So - the search for the tablets continues.. Sigh.................

This must be incredibly frustrating. I have a couple of suggestions:
Call a local mom and pop type pharmacy and ask them if they can directly order the tablets (any remaining stock) from their supplier for you.

Or: Call the manufacturer and ask them where you can get some supply of the tablets. Maybe if enough people contact them, they will reconsider their decision to stop making the tablets.

Contact your doctor. Ask him/her "What in the world do I do now?" If they don't know, they should contact the drug company rep for some assistance to find the tablets or suggest an alternative. Surely you can't be the only person in this situation.

Very disappointing to have them mess up again , when you so desperately need to take this OTC med daily. Good advise from scrapquitler, but again C.Ann, please don't hesitate, I will be more than happy to ck all our local drug stores for you to see if they by chance have the orginial one you need . Sending lots of 's & 's, I hope and pray you get this resolved, meanwhile, like they say: patience is man's greatest virtue.
