Can you use more than one GC for a single purchase.

What are some things that everyone has purchased with there GC for their trips.

I have some coming but now I don't know what to do with them

Yes, you just keep adding GCs to your account and they stay there until you use them (or they expire, I guess).

The only thing we bought "trip related" from Amazon were some 2-way Motorola radios. Applied the GCs to the total, and paid for the rest with a credit card.
