Family is headed down for a week at BLT in two weeks (after checking out the Poly for a bit) and with a wee-lil one we are having to change how we do Disney. We'll now have to be in most nights early and were wondering if we could bring our Amazon Fire Stick and use it at the World? I know that BLT has some weak points in wifi coverage so if that's a problem the answer is no, but otherwise, can one use any of the devices at Disney?

The Wi-Fi is so slow from too many log ins and downloads that trying to view anything is almost worthless.

Streaming has really affected the WiFi at BLT as it is much worse than it was for the first year after it was installed at BLT. There are times during the day when we don't have any problems, but in the evening it is almost impossible to use WiFi.

WiFi at BLT is the worst. It's hard to even check e-mail. In May we finally just gave up even trying. And it was all day long not just in the evening. I would be amazed if you could stream anything. As previous poster said it was pretty ok when BLT opened but now it's almost impossible.

Depending upon your cell phone data plan, you may be able to slave the Roku to your smart phone and stream from your cell service. It would chew up your data so make sure that you are on some sort of unlimited plan. I also wouldn't try to stream in HD.
