We just returned from WDW, It was DH, DD, DGD, DN, and myself. My DD is three months pregnant and her husband was just deployed, so she needed a little extra magic. We went to see the adventure of the Lion King and we were invited to sit on a bench in the front row. My husband was picked to teach the warthog call. He was amazing. DGD was enthralled with the entire affair. Several characters high - fived her and waved at her it was amazing.
Next magical moment - DGD and I were taking a break while everyone else was in Stitch. We went to get an ice-cream and the cast member told me "Magical Moment" and my ice-cream was free!!! Yipee Skippee
Third and Best Moment - We were outside Tony's at the Magic Kingdom. A Dream Squad member awarded my DGD a five minute private princess meeting with Cinderella. I am not sure 2yo DGD appreciated it but I was shaking and my daughter thought I was going to faint. I could not believe it. Cinderella could not have been nicer and the Dream Squad Member even changed our lunch reservations so we could enjoy the prize.
We had an amazing trip and I just cannot say how grateful I am to everyone who made it amazing, but especially ... TONY -- Most amazing Dream Squad Member EVER
DD also got great news on the trip - her husband's deployment will be much shorter than anticipated and he should be stateside for the birth of their second child.
