Use code RGETAWAY. Rates Sun-Thurs are as low as $139.99 for a suite that sleeps 6! Amazing deal. Just booked a one night stay for DS's birthday in March.

What are options for transportation to Disneyland from the Great Wold Lodge? Would we have to drive to Toy Story each day?
OCTA 43. Also, there's an ART route that stops at HIE a few blocks away, but not sure if there's a closer stop to GWL. You might want to call GWL and ask what they recommend, there might be a new ART stop or another route.

Well, you can use the OCTA Route 43 bus, runs up and down Harbor Blvd. frequently. $4 for a day pass, kids 5 and under are free.

I think the Great Wolf has made an arrangement though.

I didn't get $139, but I did get $175 for my dates. That's cheaper than almost every hotel on Harbor in the walking distance area. My kids are really excited about staying here.

And should we go to DL, say in the evening, we have the Signature Pass so we'll park at a Disney parking lot.

Great Wolf Lodge is great, we had a good time there first week of December. Similar price ($130 per night). Just be aware there are taxes and resort fees, so the final price is much higher. I definitely recommend a visit if you have kids who enjoy water parks.

I know there is a shuttle to DLR advertised and it is not free, but don't know more specifics than that. We just drove to M&F garage since we have AP with free parking, but there could be better ways to do it. I've actually never been to the Toy Story lot.

Edit: I couldn't find anything about the shuttle on the official website, but according to this website the shuttle is free:

Not sure how accurate this info is though.

Great Wolf runs a free shuttle. It runs on a schedule. My husband used it last June. I just drove me and the kids to the Toy Story lot since we have parking on my pass. My husband needed to do some work so took the shuttle and met us later.

You are right about the the taxes. They are around 50%. Still, though, the water park is pretty amazing and I feel like that's mainly what you are paying for. Having a room that sleeps 6 is a bonus!
