What does bleeping have to do with it? Not all swear words are bleeped. If I said "damnit" in grade school I would get in trouble for swearing. It's a swear word, but it's just not bleeped on TV. Doesn't mean they are legally required to NOT bleep it though. Or mute it out.

Usually they bleep things because it adds to the schock value the muted swears are much more seamless.

Not bleeped, not censored here. IMO that points to something other than a consensus opinion on what's not acceptable.

I imagine "darnit" would be OK? The meaning is the same.

They're just words, I don't feel any different about any of the players because they blurt out different words when they're upset.

Well who knows.....the editing may have changed that. Perhaps no one could get a hit and they had to have the pitcher ease up....just a thought.
:confused3

Wouldn't be the first time I felt the first players to do those challenges were treated different than the people who get there last or struggle. I wish they would get rid of them if they are not going to be consistent.

I was actually VERY upset that Rob & Amber didn't stop, I don't care how many camera crews are around, if I saw a car turned over, that was carrying two people I know, with one guy lying on the ground, I would stop.....just like EVERY other team did.......but that's just me.... :confused3

But EVERY other team did not stop. In fact some teams that arrived on the scene after R & A were waved on by those in the wreck.

IMO every situation is different and this situation was much different than coming upon a wreck at home involving people you know.....but that's just me.... :confused3

But at least the other teams slowed down to ask if they were ok and then continued on.....point is, R & A were the FIRST team to see the accident with no other teams already there and they didn't even make an effort to slow down and show any concern....the next team, Lynn and Alex ran out of their car...all other teams afterward slowed down, showed concern, and continued on when the brothers said to keep going.......I guess what it comes down to, no matter how much money the race was for, I would stop if I saw an accident involving ANYONE I know......but that's just me ;)

Actually Lynn and Alex got there first. They were the ones who made a big stink about Rob and Amber passing by. The brothers who were actually in the wreck didn't seem to have a problem with it. I was a HUGE Rob and Amber fan but I DO think they should have at least slowed down and asked if everyone was alright.

Yea, I mixed them up....sorry about that....but my argument still stands ;)

WOW! The Weaver's comments about the other teams sure aren't very "christian" like

Thats why I don't like the Weavers. never did, never will.

Go Paolos!!!

Ok, my 2 least favorite teams are not at the finish line yet!! Could be a good night LOL!!!

Oh no!!! Poor girl! They did so good, never argue or made stupid coments like the others!!!
Oh well!

Ugh!!!! I cannot stand the weavers, seeing them actually makes me ill. What a bunch of disgusting hypocrytes.

I'm sad that the mom couldn't find the bean. :badpc: :guilty:

Well, my favorite team (they are locals) are done. They had a classy exit. The little girl just about broke my heart.

The Weavers are hypocrites. Talking trash about one man's perfectly respectable occupation yet asking God to help them win a contest? I don't think the Lord would be too thrilled with that behavior.

Woo hoo! I'm glad the Weavers made it. :cool1:

Not very Christian, but definitely right on! :rotfl2: I'm a Christian and if that happened to me you'd probably here a few "bleeps." I'd have been PISSED. Love those who screw you is not one of my strong points.

One of the Linz boys has an incredibly annoying voice.

The Paolos are so loud and drive me nuts.

I can't believe the Desperate Housewives asked the Weavers for money then were cheering when they got yielded.

Those are my random comments from the episode.

Well, I'm glad that the Paolo family is being nicer to each other! :goodvibes

This episode just solidified my dislike for the Weavers......hypocritical people.....

I feel so bad for the Gaghans.....I'm gonna miss them.....still want to know why the mother waited an HOUR to get down on her hands and knees to look for that bean....that seemed to cost them all that time..... :confused3

I'm so impressed with the Gaughan parents, in particular the father. It was nice to see someone not yell and scream at their family members and also treat them with such respect. I noticed several times how he would praise the kids for their efforts. Nice change from some of the other families. I'm sorry to see them go.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the Paolo's are growing on me. The father cracks me up.

I'd just like to know what the Weavers did that everyone seems to hate them. There must be behind the scene stuff we're not seeing, because every team seems to have an issue with them.

I thought the Paolos yielding the Weavers was a bad move on their part. It was totally emotional and not strategic. They were in first place with plenty of time between them. Now even with the yield, the Weavers are still there and guess who they'll yield if they should get there first. Dumb move

I was also surprised that the Paolo family didn't even have an hour lead, even though they had done the fast forward last week. These fast forwards don't seem as advantageous as they used to be ;)

I thought tonight's show has probably been the best one so far, it finally had some drama to it.

I was really sorry to see the Gaghans go. Their daughter is the same age as my older DD, so she was really rooting them on.

I'm starting to like the Paolos more now too. How funny is that. :rotfl: They are definitely getting better. The Weavers are getting worse. Maybe they were yeilded because God was too tired of all they're prayers. :rotfl2: So sorry to see the Gahgans go. I hate detours that have some completely mundane task that only involves luck.

I feel the same way, I hated the Paolos at first but I acutally think this is pulling them together as a family and they sure as heck needed it LOL!! My stomach turns every time I here the Weavers praying to god to let them find this or get someplace first....do they think god has nothing better to do than to help them find a red bean in a pile of beans?? I still like the father/daughters team the best...in the coming attractions they showed them and he is really looking bad!
