I'm starting to feel the same way. Anyone needs to win besides Colin and Christie. Anyone. Puh-lease..............

Colin makes me totally SICK! He needs some Anger Management REALLY bad! I hope if they do win(which I hope they won't) that Christie leaves him and takes her half of the money, there are plenty of NICE men out there, not Sub-humans like Colin. GO CHIP AND KIM!

I'd forgotten about poor pathetic Lllleeennnyyy. She didn't just dump him, she ripped him a new one on national TV while doing it. They may have been the most disfunctional couple ever on the show. Unless Tara and Wil were. Remember them?

Colin's doing his best to be disfunctional, but he's got some big shoes to fill.

Yes! It WAS Leeeeeennnnnnnnnnyyyyyyyyy and Karyn I was thinking about! I felt so bad for Lenny- he seemed like a decent guy. I am really surprised that Colin is only 24- I thought he was in his mid-30s. Is Christie in her mid 20s too? See seems older also.

Okay AR fans, please help me with a technical question. This is the first season I've been watching AR, but I figured somebody out there has to know the answer to this.

I know that the contestants sign non-disclosure agreements and I know that AR does a good job of keeping the lid on the outcome. But what happens to the people who are eliminated at the very beginning? Obviously if you appear back home 3 days after you started out, all your family/friends/neighbours know at the very least that you didn't win. I have visions of AR transporting the losers to an isolated tropical isle somewhere, but that's probably just my fantasy.

Does anybody know? Can you guess?

I was watching a show about Reality TV on Bravo last week and Jeff Probst was on talking about Survivor......he said early contestants that get booted stay there in a hotel and after the first 7 are booted off they send them off on a vacation somewhere.....

Cindyann, he gave the exact reasons you did for this.....can't have them going home early because people would know.......I imagine they must do the same thing for AR

I think I read before that they all go to the same location until the race is over. The eliminated teams are always at the finish line with Phil.

I really wish they would do a wrap up show like Survivor does.

You are right, they are all together at the end of the race to greet the winners....so im sure they keep them all together.

I wish they would do the reunion show too...that would be cool!

Thanks everyone. I didn't realize all the other teams would be at the finish line - very cool. The idea of a wrap-up show sounds great, too. Let's hope they're someplace like Tahiti, even now, sipping on tropical drinks on the beach.

Didn't Colin and Christi win 2 cruises? for coming in first on a leg of the race.


It made me cringe when Colin kept degrading her and when they came back to tell the other's what happened.

Christi told Colin, "Shut up already",

he told her, "just let me tell the story here "k"

Then they have her apologizing about getting to stressed and then they show Colin asking Christi for a kiss. (Please Christi, recognize mental abuse) They guy is a jerk.

My 8yo DD is really curious about who would hate to cut their hair the most. She thinks it would be:

1) Brandon & Nicole (because "Brandon has that big weird hairstyle" - her quote, not mine)
2) The Twins
3) Colin & Christie
4) Kim & Chip (more Kim than Chip, for obvious reasons)
5) The Bowling Moms (because you just get to a certain age where you say "whatever - it'll grow back").

Any other ideas?

Speaking of Colin - Did you hear when he flagged down the twins' car and wanted a spare tire? He said something like "I need your spare tire" or "Give me your spare tire". It was a command from the king, as opposed to the polite request you might expect from someone in that situation. What if they had needed the spare tire themselves?

Geesh. I still send my 8yo and 11yo out into the big wide world reminding them of their manners by chanting "pleasethankyouyou'rewelcomeexcusemeI'msorry". Maybe Christie should do that for Colin a couple of hundred times a day.

Christie and Colin's relationship is looking uglier and uglier. You can just picture Christie 5 years down the road saying "Honey, I'm so sorry you had that affair - it was all my fault", "Honey, I'm so sorry I managed to get my jaw where your fist was swinging". I hope she wakes up before it's too late. Even though I think she's a jerk in some ways, too, NOBODY deserves to be treated like that.

I hope Chrisite's family and friends can convince her to do something about this "relationship" when the show is over.

Well, it can't be Colin and Christie because they have already used a fast forward.

I think that the twins are too far behind to find the fast forward in time.

I'm betting that it's either going to be Brandon and Nicole or Linda and Karen.

I think the bowling moms would do it at the drop of a hat for the FF I think Brandon would but Nicole would die before she let someone shave her hair off she seems to caught up on her looks for that to happen. C&K would do it without hesitation also.
