Amare at Swan Reserve hotel

Anyone know when, how, and where you can book this new restaurant?

We always enjoy all the Swan&Dolphin restaurants and cant wait to try this one.

Amare will be at the Swan Reserve, and they don't seem to know when that hotel will open. The other Swan/Dolphin restaurants can be booked through the Swan/Dolphin app, but when you do so you click on a button which says Open Table. So you could try checking periodically at www.OpenTable.com as well as on the Swan/Dolphin app.

But still no menu. I was gonna go anyway since its new. Hopefully its actually open in December

The Swan Reserve opening was pushed back, yet again, now it's slated for November 4th. Time will tell.

No desserts on there yet. Or drinks. But its nice that something is up. Excited to try it in December when we go.

We ate at the beautiful adjoining bar Stir on the hotel's opening weekend where you can get a few items from the menu until midnight. Enjoyed the calamari and the margherita flatbread.

Just had a fabulous meal here with a BRILLIANT server named Bany (pronounced Bonnie). She was phenomenal at her job. Can't get back here soon enough!

We had a great meal there a couple of weeks ago. Flatbread, pasta, fish were all excellent!

the restaurant gave us parking validation when we went. We parked in their lot on the side by fantasia mini golf
