We are heading to Aulani next week and have reservations at Ama Ama our second night and are wondering what was really yummy to eat?

TIA, Erika

I never had a bad meal at AMA AMA. For breakfast I had the French toast(not very filling), the breakfast burrito(huge--I could only eat half) , and the omelet platter with home fries. At dinner I had the Cobb salad, seafood appetizer, paella, beef tenderloin, and lamb entrees. Everything was great! Look at the menu online to see what you may like. Everything they serve won't be listed and the breakfast burrito is a special item. I had to ask the waiter to find out that they had it.

My wife and I both had some sort of Hawaiian fish for dinner and were pretty underwhelmed. We had pretty high hopes being in Hawaii and all. I'd guess adbeek's recommendations would be better.

We also had a breakfast there and it was pretty great.

The plate lunch's were pretty darn amazing!! DH had them on 2 separate occasions for a late lunch/early dinner at Ama Ama.

The first time around it was coconut rice, kim chee, two garlic chicken breasts, kalua smoked pork with microgreens, mac salad and a pepper salad with roasted duck breast. A lot of food!

This one had steak and shrimp, served over rice with roasted veggies and a side salad all for $20.95. Delicious and super filling, like a plate lunch should be.

We had dinner at Ama Ama only one night during our visit. I had roasted chicken and DH had a steak. Both were very good.
