Am I weird???

Does anyone else do what I do? Every year I plan a DW trip a year in advance and then every year, at the last moment, add a day before the day we are due to arrive. It is so silly. I should know that is what we'll end up doing and just add it at the beginning!! This year I have already added my early day and now I am thinking of adding a second early day. I guess I just can't wait!! Last year I just drove up to POP and the cm's went to a lot of trouble to get me the 2 rooms I had requested a day early. They were so nice and had to deliver my new paperwork the original day we were due to check in. They arranged a time and arrived on a segway!! I'm sorry for others' bad POP experiences but POP is the best as far as I'm concerned.

If that's weird, then you probably have a lot of company. In years when we've driven to WDW, we've invariably added days either early or at the end of the trip. But most of the time we fly to Florida and are stuck with the airline schedules.

I wish we could add days. Because we always fly, we are unable to change our dates once the flight is booked.

we always end up staying a dy or two....We just call the airline and change our flight..we just pay the fee...no biggie.

I even added a day to our last trip...and we still added a day....We decided that we now leave when we get bored We just can't limit ourselves to a time frame. We do this everywhere we travel It's lot's of fun! Usually what happens is this. Its always at lunch time a day or two before departure. My DH will ask me if I'm having a good time...the next question is are you ready to leave..the answer is NO! So we stay!

We always wind up adding a day or two at the beginning of our trips. Since we usually go as soon as school is out, that day is subject to change. DH also gets very impatient. He starts saying, "Why don't we leave Friday instead of waiting all the way til Monday?"

OK...I'm game. Nobody has to twist my arm!!! He's usually ready to come home at the end of the trip, though...so no extra days there.

We also drive, so it's easy to add days.

we always leave a day or two early depending on work schdules. Last trip we were suppose to leave friday when i got out of work, but thursday night i got a call from a co-worker who said he'd pick up my shift. So we left the mall went home threw our bags in the car, and took off for Disney world, and arrived 2.5 hours later @ POP.

I do it all the time too!!! Always try to squeeze in the extra time
