If I have my ID's and my DS's birth cert, then I can show that at the ticket window, they can look it up, and I can get my vouchers??? I am so upset thinking we're not going to be able to go!! We were only planning on going for the one day, and surprising my kids, as they've never been. Also, I tried filling out the request form and it doesn't seem like it went through. Anyone have an email to get help???

They ae able to look up the information at will-call. It is just much easier if you have the voucher with you.
 
Are they just verifying birth certificates for the kids? I'm a bit afraid to take this to the park with me...I guess a copy would work and maybe they can shred it afterwards?
 
I forgot DD's birth certificate and I had DH fax it to the AKL. It was no problem getting the fastpasses I wanted.

You can bring a copy of the birth certificates for your kids. It doesn't need to be a certified copy - just a copy on a copy machine. They do not keep the birth certificates - they verify the info and return the copy to you.
 
You were supposed to get an e-mail with instructions if you had not already redeemed your voucher as of the website closing date. If you need help accessing your vouchers, you can request it here.

I held off on printing the vouchers because, like many, I'm not planning on going until closer to the end of the year. I thought they were safer waiting for me online. Plus, we would donate them if it turned out that we weren't going and it appeared to be easier to leave it as it was until that decision was made.

I'm not sure why Disney took down the website when the program goes to December 15. I'm sure it was a cost saving measure, but I expect many people haven't printed their vouchers yet.
 
I didn't print mine either cause I knew I'd lose them!! LOL Glad I read this thread! :( Just sent a message to customer service.
 
So here we are 5 days later....and I still have not heard back from them. This will be interesting. Oh well, if I lose out on this it will be my own fault....but I will feel really bad that they didn't get donated.
 
Who was the email from? I never received an email and it's not in my spam folder. I'm starting to get a little worried as we leave in 2 weeks. Like many others, I hadn't printed them out yet as I was worried I would lose them.

I asked the same question the other day and found a thread at the bottom of this page with answers. I called Disney just to verify.

When you provide the phone number you used to sign up for GAD and present your IDs at will call, they can access your info and print your tickets.
 
this happened to me as well, with not being able to print my tickets off. I emailed them and haven't heard anything back. Just want to make sure I have this straight. I can just go to will call at the magic kingdom and bring my IDs and they can print my voucher there for that day?
 
I sent my first email 25 days ago and then sent another approx 15 days ago...still no reply from them. They need to get in touch with me because right now I'm about 70% certain that I will not be going after all and I really want the tickets to be donated. Shame to waste them....I did mention in the second email that donation might be what was going to happen.


I did read in another thread that you can indeed do as mentioned above...go to will call with your ID. It was confirmed by Cheshire Figment.
 
I'm glad that I found this thread....We are going at the end of October and held off on printing our vouchers for then...I've been trying to email them the form for about 15minutes now and it just keeps reloading the page with my text still typed in :confused3 At least we can go to will call if needed...
