Am I the only woman over 40 who shops at Victoria's Secret??

I am 45 and still buy some of my dresses from VS. But then again I also shop in the junior deptartment. I guess I'm one of those middle-aged women everyone makes fun of for trying to look like a twenty-something.

And also I go there to get Wifey's drawuers and she's over 40. (she likes 'em, but thinks they're too expensive). I like being the only guy in a store full of women looking at lacey undies.

I'm over 40 & I shop there. I like some of their bras, and I'm not quite ready for a granny bra. Although I prefer on-line shopping, as I find their sales people to be stalkers.

And I have to disagree with someone else on this thread, but I have found some of their bod by Victoria bras and their IPEX bras to be of really good quality and really put the "girls" where they need to be. I love their new uplift bras.

What I also like is I feel they are consistent...Once you know your size, you can order anything in that size...at lease for me. I always fit their six 6 in pants...Any pants. And I am always a medium in their shirts, and always a 36C, no matter what bra I wear.

And I love their pajamas also. In fact, they are only 19.99 on sale right now, and the internet still has a great selection.

I was surprised by some of the low quality commnets as well. I have several "pretty" nighties my aunt bought me for my honeymoon at VS. They have been worn frequently (and washed in the machine on gentle) for the past 12 years (almost 13) and still look great--much better than almost new things that have only been washed once or twice from local department stores). And I find the bras to be very comfortable and good for my needs. Then again, I don't need much--not much there .

I buy my bras and panties from VS and I'm over 40. I love their low-rise cotton bikini's and the angel bra (the one that feels like fun foam). I don't buy much else from that store, though.

Okay, so far I'm not feeling better-LOL!!

I buy things there. They have the best bras. I have gotten some very, um, nice, panties in the store. DH bought me something from there for Christmas. Don't worry about what people think. Women look their best when they THEY think they look the best. If you are happy, then don't worry about what others say. In large part, the things you are buying there aren't to be modeled for your friends anyway.

My teen DD likes things from Pink. I avoid the pink and go to the back. I like my dainties.

I feel ancient -- the VS stores I remember from my teen years were TOTALLY skanky -- red merry widows and lots of feather boas kind of skanky. From glancing in now I can see they've gone more mainstream, but I still have that low-class association in my mind.

Nonsense. At our family XMas getogether four ladies aged 35-42 (including my DW) all received cotton jammies from VS. And anyone who says that 40+ women aren't totally sexy don't know the meaning of the word.
