I haven't received my package from Disney yet. Not my race package but the one with my resort info, etc?

I called disney, first day I was on hold for almost 30 mins, and today the computers are down????

Package was paid off almost a month ago.

Anyone else not received theirs yet?

Are you sure you get one, in Canada? I know that other countries don't get them mailed to you, but instead get them at check-in. I'm not sure if Canada is the "international" exception.... I only ever booked room-only while living in Canada, so I'm no help.

I'd say if you don't get it before you leave, don't worry about it and just print your confirmation to bring with you. They can give you the luggage tags and all the vouchers when you arrive.
