Am I the only one to not get their PCHPoints?-UPDATE

I redeemed my points back in the middle of November when they announced they were shutting down. To this day I have not seen a thing and my account showed it was processing it. I have e-mailed them a few times with no response. I checked this morning and it was still processing. I tried to check a little bit ago and I can't even get the site to open.
Did everyone else get theirs? Am I out of luck on ever seeing my GC?

*UPDATE*-We just got home for WDW this weekend. I checked my e-mail and I had one from PCHPoints saying they had just mailed the GC. Maybe we will all luck out.

I didn't have enough points to cash out, but I did from LuckyPoints when it died and I got my gift card in what I felt was a timely mannor. I'd give them three month to get the prize to you.

I, too, cashed out in mid-November when they announced they were quitting. I lost a bunch of points, and now I don't even have the award I cashed out for in Nov. I am not holding my breath waiting for this award, and as there is no way to communicate with them, I am resolved they scammed me. I guess if it ever really comes, I will be surprised.
