Am I the only one disappointed with the BOMA dinner?

We love Boma but I hate how they carve the meat into microscopic pieces. YO Bru, give me a hunk!

I was disappointed that they quit carving normal size pieces!
They had a platter out with the microscopic pieces!

It smacks of "don't enjoy the more expensive items! "
To me, Disney is taking it to an extreme in bean counting
