Am i staring at the answer?

I have printed out a couple of designs wanting to put them onto a t-shirt for my little girl using the iron on transfer paper. How do i "flip" the designs?

Here is the answer that the designers gave.

To make a mirror image in paint:

Press Ctrl+R – this will bring up the flip/rotate dialogue window
Choose flip horizontal and then click on okay – this should give you a mirror image of your design
