Am I really on my own?

I see there are plenty of pin traders here, but a feel a little lonely standing in the area marked 'Disney Baseball Collectors'....

Being based in the UK, getting across the pond (other than holidays) to top up my collection is unfeasable, so I rely mainly on ebay (UK & USA) for the baseballs I don't have.

Besides collecting I would like to learn a little more about issue dates and product retirement so I can judge which balls are harder to locate. So, if there is any kind soul out there who can help me by;

• offering information about product release and retirement
• getting in touch as a fellow collector
• getting in touch to trade
• (dream option) is willing to buy and ship newly released baseballs on my behalf when I'm not visiting (all costs paid of course)

Top of my list at the moment is the WDW 2002 Souvenier baseball. If you can help, let me know. If you collect too and you just want to swap views and information then PM or email me.

As a bit of an experiment I noted all the bidders on ebay.co.uk who were bidding for baseballs when they were listed. There was 16 of us! Not many really. Thanks for your support, and if DS12 ever gets a duplicate as a gift I'm always looking to buy or trade.

I know at the New York City World of Disney has 3 Disney themed baseballs. One is Mickey as a New York Yankee and Mickey as a New York Met. The third is the NYC World of Disney logo. I hope this helps.

WOW! I didn't know there were Disney baseballs! I've been a baseball (Braves) fan since 1978. We leave for the world in less than 19 hours so I'll definately be looking for these!

I don't know if it is what you are looking for but the US Disney Stores have a Baseball on sale for $9.99 that has Disney Characters on it. There is also a baseball glove with the same.
