Maybe it's me, it very well could be, however....
I was just looking at the Le Cellier menu again, and noticed the times listed for lunch are 12:30-4 and dinner is listed as 5-11

My reservation is for 4:40....

Am I missing something? is that considered late lunch or early dinner or have the hours changed after I made my reservation??? :confused3

Not sure when you made your res but as of Mar 1st LeCellier is now a signature meal at dinner so that may have effected things.

What does your actual reservation say? Does it list it as a lunch or a dinner?

I don't mean to be difficult, BUT....

What does your reservation say??? If you pull up your reservations and look under "details", it should tell you whether it's lunch or dinner.

Now, here's the question: What if her reservation says LUNCH? Can/Will they charge her 2 TS if her reservation says lunch?

The big deal isn't really whether it's lunch or dinner since we are paying OOP for this meal....my big worry is whether they will be open or not...
and I lied, the reservation is actually at 4:15(I was having difficulty pulling up my reservations earlier) and then it says dinner. Which is fine. But according to their hours, they aren't open between 4 and 5...or am I way off here?

There's no way the reservation will say lunch. Anything after 4 isn't lunch. And yes, they'll be open. I have been there at 4:20 and 4:50.

They remain open between the 2 services..dinner begins at 4:30 p.m.:)

This may not be constant. Disney restaurants often expand their hours. I would reiterate that at Le Celler if it is after 4 PM it is most likely not lunch.

I know I've had dinner there at 4:20. Unless everything changed with the signature switchover, it's dinner.

I would think at 4:15 it would be dinner...we ate lunch there last week at 3:30 and they were changing the tables all around us to dinner settings.

last year I had an ADR at 3:50pm, but I was late, we came to Epcot straight from the airport. Thankfully, they still sat us at 4:10pm and there was hardly anyone in there, it was very nice and relaxed. Enjoy LeCellier! I LOVE IT!! :lovestruc (and I'm OOP too)

Looks like you're an hour off on your times. Not sure where you're getting them from (neither DIS nor AllEars have times listed that I could see).

So, yes, they'll be open, and yes, it'll be dinner. The switchover likely happens between that 3pm and 4pm time, and it's likely not really "closed", but just they don't take reservations for that timeframe (or walkups) to separate them out. Of course, this part is just conjecture and I don't have any practical experience or knowledge there.

Where did you get that schedule? Now I feel silly, I swear on WDW website yest it says lunch is until 4 and dinner starts at 5

Don't worry, you weren't imagining things. :goodvibes I think there was a hiccup in the system yesterday because I saw the same odd hours. I looked on the reservation page after your original post to confirm that lunch is 11:30-3 and dinner is 4-9, but everything was off by an hour. Maybe the switch from standard to daylight savings time confused the computer!

Anyway, it looks like the hours have been corrected. Dinner has always started at 4. :)

Le Cellier was full at lunch last week and dinner....:confused3

Lots of kids at the lunch time crowd though..
