if i'm reading other threads right about AKV, the standard view 1 bedrm has a pool view and not a parking lot view. and all DVC is on the 5th floor except concierge

In Jambo House this is correct.
I think in Kidani, standard view may be parking lot or pool.
And I believe all concierge is in Jambo on floor 6.
