Ok ~ I just booked my Pop Century Resort stay tonight as well as our restaurants....

Check in 2/11 and check out 2/15.....

2/11
2/12 1pm Rainforest Cafe
7pm Cinderalla Gala Feast GF
2/13 Crystal Palace Character Dinner
2/14 Ply Luau
2/15 homebound

I am now thinking I did these on wrong nights/days according to park hours and fireworks and such....

Please help me experienced DIS'ers!!!

What time are all these dinner ressies? And what time are all the firework shows you want to see?

It looks like you only want to be around MK, so are you saying you want to see Wishes every night? Or is seeing it once okay?

ok the RF is at 1pm....
Cinderella at 7pm

Next day the CP at 5:45

next day luau at 8

I think we need more info...do you plan to take advantage of the Extra Magic Hour to go to the designated park for that day an hour early (8am)? Do you plan to try to see all 4 parks, or only certain ones? Do you have Park Hopper tickets? And...what time are you checking in on your arrival day?

Here are your fireworks options:
Wed 2/11 - Wishes 7pm, Fantasmic 7pm, Illuminations 9pm (though unless you have the UPH with unlimited park entrance during your stay, I would try to book either the Luau or the Cindy's dinner tonight, since neither require park entry and by getting one of those done tonight you will free up park time on the other days)
Thu 2/12 - Wishes 7pm, Fantasmic 7pm, Illuminations 9pm (If you're planning on going to AK today, I would keep the 1pm RFC, but the 7pm Cindy's dinner tonight will prevent you from seeing any fireworks if you keep it)
Fri 2/13 - Wishes 8pm, Fantasmic 7pm, Illuminations 9pm (If you're planning to spend the day at MK, the 5:45 CP will work well, then you can catch Wishes afterwards, unless you plan to see it tomorrow night along with SpectroMagic)
Sat 2/14 - SpectroMagic Parade 8pm/Wishes 9pm, Fantasmic 7pm, Illuminations 9pm

Sorry so long, but if you really want to fit all this in, here's what I would suggest:

Wed 11 - Poly Luau 8pm
Thu 12 - Garden Grill 7pm, Illuminations 9pm
Fri 13 - Fantasmic 7pm
Sat 14 - 1900 Park Faire 5pm, then take the monorail to MK for SpectroMagic 8pm, Wishes 9pm

I would move Crystal Palace up to a lunch PS on whichever day you plan to be at the MK, and a lunch PS at RFC on whichever day you plan to be at the AK. If you aren't going to the AK, then you may want to consider eating at the Downtown Disney AK on Sun 15 before heading for home.

Did that help at all? Or just make it worse? LOL

Just looking at the first day:

With a meal at RFC starting at 1pm and then another meal scheduled for 7pm seems like too much 1) food and 2) time blocked off that day.

RFC often runs late. Say you actually get in by 1:15pm, order and eat by 2:45pm, out by 3pm. It leaves you about 2 1/2 hours to get ready and be over at the GF for the next meal. YIKES!!!!!!!!!

You have nothing scheduled for check-in day. I'd suggest moving one meal you really want to fit in to that evening. Check-in at 4pm. Leave time to unpack, relax and change by 6:30 - 7pm. Schedule a meal somewhere around 7:30 - 8pm. It can even be the RFC at DD.

::yes:: I agree. By the way, I didn't just improvise the Garden Grill up above, I had noticed in another thread that the OP was interested in the rehitchin' ceremony and wanted to make a PS for GG.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone....

actually we have the FL season passes so we are not pressed to see every park in this short visit....DH would like to see AK though and definitely Epcot and I want to take DD to MK.......

I guess I will haev to replan our dining!!
