Am I missing something

Hey Everyone, I just checked out the list of restaurants at the top of the page that are "in" for the 2012 dining plan, and I noticed several restaurants missing. Am I missing something or did several places drop the dining plan (i.e. Wolfgang puck in down town Disney, Tutto in Italy?) I am probably missing the larger picture somewhere..

Yes, you missed at the top of the page where is says....

"*This list will be updated as more restaurants are added".

Meaning the privately owned restaurants have up until the very end of Dec whether to participate or not. And they don't usually sign on until then.

Happens every year.

It's still early & it does say on top that the list will be updated when more restaurants are added. I know like Yak & Yeti isn't on the list and its not a Disney owned restaurant but it is usually on the dining plan. I think they decide later in the year or maybe that information doesn't come out this early for some reason but its not new, its the same at least like last year.

I did read the part about others being added..but I thought that meant if a new restaurant gets opened, not an existing restaurant that had been on the list before. Thanks for the clarification..

I was wondering the same thing as well. Several from Epcot are missing- Nine Dragons, San Angel Inn, Teppan Edo, Tutto Italia, and only 1 listed in Downtown Disney, Capn Jacks.

I hope they all sign up, or the dining plan won't be worth it all. It may not even be if they do. We're looking over the menus trying to decide it now.
