Am I missing something...Online Reservations???

I am at my 180th day out. I logged in to take care of my ADR's. I retrieved my room reservation, no problem, my family is in the system and all the information is correct. Continued to make my ADR's and now the system cannot confirm my resort reservation:confused3!!! I even tried updating my reservation info and the system showed my information to be updated and correct. How can this be? I am a bit frustrated being I woke up earlier just to take care of this. Now I have to wait until 7AM and TRY to get through to WDW Dining. So not happy right now!
 
I had the same exact problem a couple of weeks ago. On the bright side, I called exactly at 7 am and got right through. I was able to get all of my ADRs at the exact time I wanted.

I know DVC members (or those holding DVC reservations) have not been able to use the +10 part of the online dining site since late October. No matter how many of us report the problem, it does not get resolved. It has something to do with an upgrade in late October when they changed some things to include the requirement of cc for some ADRs. I know I've complained several times. Tomorrow the system is going down for most of the day (actually I think sometime tonight), so my fingers are crossed that it will be fixed. My May trip was a bear to make ADRs for. Some over the phone and some online. Not sure if this pertains to the OP.
 
The system gave me a little bit of a runaround first thing, but then it worked fine. I was able to make all of my reservations online this morning with no problem once the initial issue was resolved - however that happened. :confused3 I'm sorry you're having a hard time - hope you're able to get the times you want!!! :goodvibes
 

Someone posted yesterday on another board that Disney was closing around 3am to fix their system and do an upgrade and the site would be down for a few hours! You probably tried during their down period. I'd try again now, b/c I just went on and it seems to be up and running again!

So, no matter what I did, I still could not make ADR's online. I had to wait until 7:00 AM to call D. Dining. I still got everything I wanted but I would have slept a little longer. They still could not tell me why I was having this problem. The cm who took care of me said this was the first hearing about a problem. Oh well, at least that job is complete and checked off!
 
There was a thread about this a couple days ago too. They have been having a problem recently. There seem to be some people it works for and some it doesnt, and the people the site won't work for don't all have anything in common. Some are DVC, some have room only, some packages, but some people it just will not confirm their reservations.
The CM I spoke to Monday at first said I was the first she has heard of it. Later in the conversation she said they are doing updates tomorrow (23rd) and it should clear up all of their recent troubles. I spent my Monday morning panicking when I couldn't get it to confirm me too.
 
I'm having this problem today as well. DVC reservation...I was able to make an ADR for my first day, but if I try to book anything after that, I get a message saying only resort guests can book betwee180-190 days out and to log in and enter my reservation number. NOTE THAT I WAS LOGGED IN!!! When I follow instructions, the system can't find my room reservation.

I have a flight at 10am that I could be packing for, but instead I've been wrestling with this system for the last 20 minutes...and now I guess I get to wait on hold on the phone. Oh well, I know it isn't the end of the world, but...good grief.
