Am I missing anything??

First off, let me Thank you all again for all of your help and money saving tips.

I have organized all my bookings and this is what I have so far....

FAMILY OF 6 (5 plus infant)

* Nonstop Return BUF/MCO $964 USD
* Rental Home @ Windsor Hills $950 USD
* Rental Minivan (P/U & D/O @ MCO) $ 205 USD

GRAND TOTAL BEFORE WDW TICKETS $ 2119 USD

I CAN NOT believe we spent almost $9000 on our last trip through a travel agent!!! Mind you it was 10 days flying from Pearson into Fort Lauderdale and out of MCO and we had a luxury SUV rental (they told us that is all they had left that would fit our family) with a Fort Lauderdale P/U and MCO D/O and they booked us in hotels in Fort Lauderdale and a huge holiday home in Orlando - but...... for the $6000 difference I would much rather go through Buffalo, drive a minivan, stay in a townhome and go more often!!!!

Without the tips here my kids would have had to wait until 2008 or more likely 2009 - I am so grateful! Now we can go AGAIN in 2008 or 2009!!! That's more like it!!!

Btw - am I missing anything??

I know my WDW tickets - but I bought one with Avion Points, one with Airmiles and just have 3 left to buy over the next 8 months so I am waiting to accumulate more points or talk the Grandparents into a points donation!!

Food and souvies! I just noticed in your signature that it's a surprise trip. If it wasn't, you could convince family buying birthday gifts this year to pick up 3 little items from dollarama for each birthday gift and then give the rest of the gift in cash, so the kids can have their "own" money to spend. Kids are always thrilled with the $1 stuff, so it's not like they wouldn't be happy with the gifts.

It's great that you've done so much planning ahead of time ... you're not going to have time after the baby arrives!
