I have been waiting for rental codes, mainly National, to offer discounts for July. Right now they only offer to June 26. When and will they offer specials for July. I have to make 3 reservations for ourselves and both of my sisters. I have an uplander for us for 313.00 for July 8-15 booked. Will I be able to do better? TIA

I'm holding my breath right along with you. I had a good rate for July, then had to change my dates and got stuck with a higher rate! Several types of cars have disappeared from the available list as I check for lower rates, so I'm not really expecting any deals.

Check your rate again! I changed mine yesterday to add the $20 weekly coupon that just came out, and when I checked again today, my 2 week SUV rental had gone down by $130! I have made and cancelled at least 5 reservations so far for this trip, and I am doing it again tonight.
