Am I eligible for Magical Express???

My mother surprised my daughter and I with a trip to Disney in February. She received a major discount because of a big convention she will attend in the orlando area. She has booked two rooms at the GF through the convention and given one to me and my daughter (YEAH!!!!!!!!!) My question is this, because the trip was booked through the convention and my mom's name is more than likely on the reservation will I be eligible for Magical Express? I hope I am making sense normally I am in charge of booking trips and I usually do it directly with Disney so now adding a second party has put a twist in things for me. Who am I kidding I just hate not being in charge Anyway... hope someone can help.

i think so. I think all you have to do is call disney and tell the your flight info and they will send you luggage tags. i am not sure though.

I booked CSR through a convention and we got Magic Express. There was actually a link from the Disney Conventioneers site to book it. It asked for each set of flights and # of people on each flight coming in and going out. I don't think it matters that your mom booked the room or that it was for a convention. You'll just need the room confirmation #. (I didn't get my room confirmation # from the group reservations service for 2-3 days after I made my reservation - I did have to wait to book ME until I got that #).
