Am I doing something wrong? ILL

I see on the Disney website that resort guests can purchase ILL starting at 7 am. Mine isn't working and all of the CMs say that isn't the policy. I can see it on the website though.

I believe that is the policy for Walt Disney World, but not Disneyland.

At Disneyland you have to have entered the park.
