Am I crazy?

Am I crazy? I seem to remember something at Studios where you could take a tour and they'd drive you on a tv street showing you famous tv houses. I *think* I remember seeing the house from Golden Girls and the brady bunch, etc. Am I crazy? Does this still exist? My wife is a huge Golden Girls fan so it would be nice if we knew what we were looking for next time we go back.

You're not crazy. The Studios used to have the "Golden Girls" house as part of their Backstage tour. But I believe they tore the houses down. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

usually when you go on the backlot tour, it always went thru there. last december's tour did not go thru there when we were on it. I wonder if they used that area for the lights motorcar action attraction?? We were looking forward to seeing those houses on residental street.

You are correct. Residential street was torn down to make room for the new stunt show. I miss it.

The new stunt show is great.

Yeah, the stunt show is really great. But it's depressing that they got rid of all that great tv history. That was always the highlight of the backlot tour. Of course the back view of the Lights, Motors, Action you get now is pretty cool.
