I am trying to join and when I go to the website I don't see how to join..It just says member login. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong..Thanks

Nope, you're not an idiot!!! They seem to have a bit of trouble with the website I'd say... why not try the 800 number & see if you can join over the phone & get your membership number? Otherwise you might need to check the website again later.... If you order your vouchers, you should get them within a week as long as they are in stock (they say if they're not)....

No, their own website not only lacks information about the program and what you're paying for, the membership and terms agreement is something you access only AFTER you pay, but you aren't dreaming it, you can't join through their website...

Lots of luck with their phone #, too. I called today and I got a live person that sounded like a recording, telling me he couldn't access my account at the moment. It wasn't until I started talking to " the recording" (you know you do it, too) telling "it" that I didn't have an account when "the recording" stopped and said "then, why did you call?" Boy, was I surprised! Anyhow, I told him I called to join and he said to call back in about an hour. Can you believe that? No sales pitch, no "I'll take your info and call you back", nothing! Needless to say I haven't called back, yet. Not sure if I ever will.
