Am I allowed to brag a little?

I don't know if this is the right place exactly but I know some people here and I wanted to brag a little. My son made it into our All-State Chorus this year. He is the only sophomore, the rest are seniors. It's kind of a big deal here. It's a really big deal for me because I was chosen for four years when I was in high school. As you can tell I am a VERY proud mom. They choose around 1000 kids from the state to participate and it is a wonderful concert. He had a lot of competion when he auditioned and he pulled it off with flying colors. Now, maybe I can get him to sing louder in church.

Brag away. I would be proud too. I would give up on the church thing though. My DD sings in choir at school and tries out for solos, bu t do you think I can get her to sing in church. No way.

Thanks for all the congrats! A mom just has to brag sometimes. I'm glad that I have a place where I can do that.

WDW MOM - He actually was singing on Sunday but as soon as he picked up on the fact that I quieted down so I could hear him, he quit! I'll have to be sneakier next time.
