Am I able to use a UV Umbrella for my Stroller?

I've read where a UV Umbrella comes in handy, and a lot of people wish they would have thought of it on their first trip. We were at Disney last October and I had my toddler with me. Shade wasn't really an issue until we hit Toy Story Land at HS. The heat was unbearable. Now we have a trip booked at the end of July and I know it will be 50x worse than when we were in October. I was looking at different UV umbrellas and I saw the Clip on ones on Amazon. Is that something they will allow me to use at Disneyworld? It would clip on to the Handle of my Stroller and give shade to whoever is pushing the stroller, or I can put it on my toddler for extra protection.

I forgot to add, I would not use it for walking around in the parks. i figured that would be impossible. This will mainly be for when we are parked in a spot with no shade.

As long as it isn't poking out to impact others, there should be no problem. People carry umbrellas/parasols for shade all the time.

With our grandkids we always carried a light weight piece of cloth ( maybe 15x25 inches) and a few clips. Sometimes you need something to block the setting sun or that little gap between seat and shade. Came in handy and didn't take up space.

I ordered one and it was huge so I sent it back. It would be entirely too bulky for me to travel around with. Our stroller has excellent canopy coverage but I’ve noticed many do not. I just use our canopy and had a clip on shade that hangs down from the canopy when my baby was 4 and 10 months to provide total sun protection.
