I went to book a cruise online, checked when the new dates came out and my gold status was listed. Went to log in today and couldn’t book. I called website assistance and they said that even though I updated my email with the My Disney service and it works on WDW, DL, DVC, d23 & shop Disney their system doesn’t get updated and suggested I use prior log in. That didn’t work either. How can they still be this bad
? Not sure how I would’ve known since it appears that I can log into the website, and could book a more current cruise.
